Today, Precision Resource Company launched an exciting new method for processing streamline employees for Zachry Industrial. This new process will create consistency in the data that is gathered which means greater efficiency in streamline processing. This new electronic method will also save an enormous amount of time spent in the streamline process.

This new process is really not new at all, it's simply the current process "streamlined".

When an employee is changing assignments, the requestor will access this secure link and complete the information required on the form. Additional required paperwork can also be completed and securely attached to the request. A confirmation email is sent to the requestor, and the completed information, along with any attached paperwork, is sent to Precision Resource Company. Precision will verify all the information and notify all necessary individuals, including the New Supervisor, the New Timekeeper and payroll. Payroll will receive more complete information than before, and the new Timekeeper and Supervisor will know that the employee is being processed and headed their way.

Yes, it's new, faster and sleeker, but the greatest benefit of this new method will be the employee experience. We have created a process that, once completed, ensures the employee is seamlessly transferred to the new assignment.

When an employee changes assignments, there are many things they have to think about, and now there is less paperwork invloved which translates into a better experience for the employee.
