The technology project team at Precision Resource Company has launched another exciting enhancement to our new website.

The Precision Resource Company Secure Document Center.

This is an enhancement that was driven by the need to securely and quickly deliver documents to our clients and employees. This new Document Center will provide a method to deliver confidential documents and reports via a secure download method versus email. Each user will have a unique user ID and password. This system allows us to grant multiple levels of access so that client reports can only be viewed by authorized personnel. This system resides on our server and is not a 3rd party program. This simply adds another level of security and accountability.

The system is set up so that all requests are manually reviewed for authenticity, and access is granted only after it is determined that the request is valid. The validation is a manual process, which is necessary for security reasons. This process ensures that only authorized users are granted access. This process may include confirmation from the client that the user is authorized to view the files.  

This is just another enhancement that demonstrates our commitment to deliver a quality product to our clients and employees.
